My Weight Loss and Detox uses NZ-Post International Air freight for all international deliveries unless otherwise arranged. Your order should arrive within 2 weeks of the order placed, this will generally be between 1 – 2 weeks for all international orders.
We provide an unconditional money-back guarantee on all unopened goods returned within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or defective goods will be returned and replaced at our cost. Other returns by negotiation.
Most countries Customs Regulations accept the importation of health supplements for personal use. Some do not. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods which you order are not prohibited within your country.
My Weight loss and detox accept no liability for the replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
Under special circumstances an additional delivery charge may apply but in this case we will confirm the additional charge with you by email before we send the goods.
